Insurance Declaration
Flexicar's insurer requires that Flexicar obtain this information in order to comply with its insurance agreement. You must ensure that you provide FULL disclosure. Flexicar's insurer may refuse coverage if there has been a failure to disclose relevant information. Answering Yes to one of the questions below will not necessarily stop Flexicar from accepting your membership application.
Have you been charged with, or convicted of, or penalised for, any motoring offences in the last 5 years?
Have you had a driving licence suspended, cancelled or restricted by endorsement in the last 5 years?
Have you had insurance cover cancelled or refused or had any special terms imposed by an insurer?
Have you been charged with, or convicted of, any criminal offences in the past 10 years?
Have you been involved in a motor vehicle accident, had a vehicle burnt or stolen, or claimed against an insurance company for damage to a vehicle in the past 5 years?

Flexicar offers a range of membership plans to suit your type of driving. The higher the monthly credit purchase, the lower the hourly and daily rates. Plan information is available here.
Members may be required to pay a small joining fee and an annual insurance charge.
You'll be asked to pay any membership fees and your first month of pre-paid driving credit via Visa or Mastercard when you submit this online form.

Want to reduce your insurance excess to $0?
Your annual insurance fee provides you with fully comprehensive insurance. The excess you'll pay in event of a claim varies depending on your age, driving experience and licence issuer. Review excess information here. You may wish to reduce your excess to zero on any plan, by paying $1 an hour and $10 a day extra.
