Change of payment provider
1 July, 2010
Flexicar changed payment service providers in late 2009. A payment service provider (PSP) offers merchants online services for accepting electronic payments by a variety of payment methods including credit card.

Flexicar was previously with Ezidebit, but moved to SecurePay in late 2009. SecurePay is a leading payment provider that has been operating in Australia for almost 15 years.

Flexicar decided to move to SecurePay for several reasons that would make the Flexicar customer experience better. For example, the service offered by SecurePay is such that we can automatically process refunds. SecurePay is also able to display "Flexicar" on your Credit Card statement, ensuring there will be no potential confusion when reviewing your monthly statements.

Using SecurePay, we are able to accept the two most common credit cards, Visa and Mastercard for payments. We have moved to accepting only credit or debit cards to reduce issues of bad debt, ensuring that we're able to keep offering you our best Flexicar driving rates.
