You can choose from one of four plans based on the amount of driving you expect to do on a monthly basis. All plans have the same small, once off joining fee and annual insurance charge. Flexicar plans work like a prepaid phone card. You make a set minimum, committed credit purchase per month. This amount is then deducted off any driving you do. So if you purchase $50 for the month, then do $80 of driving, the balance to be paid is only $30. As you’d expect, the higher your selected monthly commitment, the lower your hourly and daily rates. And Flexicar rates are all inclusive - they cover petrol, maintenance, roadside assistance, insurance and cleaning. There really are no hidden extras. And you don’t have to do any complicated calculations to know what a booking will cost you. Compare Flexicar to owning your own car, taxis and rentals here. 2. Personal Rates - by plan  Pricing variation by car: The hourly and daily rates by plan quoted above apply to a standard, 4 door hatch. For our wagons, add $1 an hour or $10 a day. Booking length: You can book our cars for a minimum of one hour. You can then select half hour increments after that. If you need a car for around seven hours or more, you can book up to a full 24 hours at no extra cost. You can make bookings online. It's free and only takes a minute. There is a $3 surcharge for phone bookings/extensions. Included kms: Each plan includes a set number of kilometers, for which everything is included – even petrol. These free kilometres are included with each booking from 1 hour to a daily booking. And after that there’s a small per km fee. Unlike some car rental companies, Flexicar has no limit on how far you can drive our cars, so you can drive as far as you like. Even if you plan on driving long distances, if it’s over a couple of days, carsharing is still the cheapest way to get around. Credit Rollover: We offer a one-month credit rollover for the Flexi-Moderate and Flexi-Regular plans. You first use your monthly pre-purchased credit, and then use the possible unused credit from the previous month. Plan changes: Whilst we do have plans, you aren’t into lengthy contracts. You can cancel the service at any time and you can change plans as often as once a month. Membership fees: To get started with Flexicar, you have a small joining fee and an annual insurance fee. These stay the same regardless of the plan you choose. View fees. Payment: Please note, we can only accept Mastercard and Visa. 3. Which plan is for me? Flexi-Intro Plan – The Flexi-Intro Plan is great for new members who have no idea how often they’ll be driving. You may wish to stay on this plan if you aren't sure you'll drive or if you only drive once a month. Flexi-Light - If you expect to drive 2-3 times a month, then this is the plan for you. Flexi-Moderate – If you think you’ll be driving nearly every week, this is the plan for you, with great value driving. Flexi-Regular - This is for frequent driving, around 1-2 times a week, This plan has the absolute best value Flexicar rates.
